Mr. Strenth, Director of Design and Construction, oversees the planning, design, and execution of projects. He has been involved in the commercial construction industry for over 19 years in a wide variety of roles and experience with many different project types. His experience includes Class “A” office, hospitality, outpatient healthcare, mixed-use developments, site development, and government projects. Michael understands the value brought to clients by assembling successful teams and maintaining project stakeholder alignment through effective communication and accountability.

Prior to joining MedDevelopment, Michael worked for national, regional, and local general contractors completing more than $1.1 billion in construction contracts across multiple states. His experience enables him to effectively communicate with all parties involved in the development process. In the pursuit of lifelong learning and continual improvement, he focuses on understanding how spaces operate to help guide the design process to maximize the constructability, operational efficiency, and patient experience of the completed space.

Mr. Strenth earned his BS in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University and is currently a Certified Healthcare Constructor.
