Over 13 years at DRP Construction in the Denver market, Bem has experienced all facets of construction. From logistic intensive downtown projects to extensive MEP systems he has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon. Direct project experience includes healthcare, national defense, life science and hospitality totaling over half-billion in construction contracts.

Directly prior to joining MedDevelopment, Bem served as DPR’s Central Region Integration Manager supporting projects in Texas, Colorado and Wyoming focused on creating and implementing best practices, and integrating an acquired general contractor into DPR Construction. He understands firsthand while systems are great, it’s really the people that matter and make the difference on projects.

Bem earned his BS in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University.
