About the Property
- St. Anthony North Hospital Phase 2 Expansion included a new 124,000sf patient tower, main entrance reconfiguration, medical office building entrance, and parking and access drive revisions. The tower included one floor fit-out for med/surg beds, and a new cancer center on the first floor.
- The project required extensive work through the main hospital to provide utliiteis from the CUP on the east side of the hospital to the new tower location on the west side of the hospital
- The existing main entrance had to be closed and temporarily relocated to the south side of the hospital while the tower and new main entrance/drop-off was built./li>
